Serpent-socks pattern, ENG
You are warmly welcome to knit Serpent Socks with me. Serpent, the Snake, is a well known symbol worldwide. Its meaning may vary a lot between the different cultures. Some of the things that Serpent symbolizes are wisdom, knowledge, transformation, rebirth, healing, secret and force. Could the snake be your spirit animal?

SERPENT - narrower size
Foot size: There are sizes EU 36–37, 38 and 39–40 in the foot chart. The sample socks that are seen in this PDF are knitted in size EU 39–40.
Upper calf circumference: Suits best for about 35–37 cm calf.
Sock measurements: Leg length (including the cuff and heel) 41 cm. Foot length is 23 cm in size 36–37, 24 cm in size 38, 25 cm in size 39–40.
Needles: 2,5 mm / US 1,5 (5 double-pointed needles)
Yarn: 400 / 100 g, Nurja Merino Sock
Colors: Main color Soul 86 g, contrasting color Peridot 56 g. The need for yarn has been calculated from the sample socks knitted in size EU 39–40
Gauge: 33 stitches and 35 rows in stranded knitting = 10 x 10 cm
